بمناسبة الاحتفال باليوم الوطني والعالمي للبيئة
الموافق ليوم 05 جوان من كل سنة ومنذ انعقاد قمة الأرض الأولى بريو دي جنيرو سنة
1992، تقوم الوزارة المكلفة بالبيئة من خلال الوكالة الوطنية لحماية المحيط
بإصدار تقرير وطني حول وضعية البيئة سنويا وذلك منذ سنة 1993. ويمثل إصدار هذا التقرير مناسبة متميزة للوقوف على ما تحقق من مكاسب وإنجازات في مجال حماية الموارد الطبيعية وتحسين نوعية حياة المواطن وكذلك
لاستشراف الآفاق المستقبلية قصد تفادي النقائص وتحقيق التنمية الشاملة
والمستديمة. |
A l’occasion
de la célébration de La publication de ce rapport représente une occasion privilégiée pour apprécier les progrès enregistrés et les réalisations accomplies dans le domaine de la protection des ressources naturelles et l’amélioration de la qualité de vie du citoyen, et de prospecter les perspectives d´avenir en vue de pallier les insuffisances et d’assurer le développement intégral et durable. |
On the occasion of the celebration of National and
International Environment day on 05 June of every year and this since the
first Earth summit held in The issuing of this report is a
precious occasion to appreciate the progress made and the achievements
reported in the field of protection of natural resources and improvement of
the citizen quality of life, as well as to explore the future prospects with
a view to remedying comprehensive and sustainable development. |
